Booking Terms and Conditions of Service

RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AND CONFIRMED AFTER A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE TOUR

IN THE PRICES SHOWN ARE INCLUDED:

  1. Insurance;
  2. All fishing equipment;
  3. Fishing license;
  4. Marine touristic license
Not adapted for wheelchair

RESERVATIONS POLICY AS FOLLOWS :

  1. Cancellation 30 prior trip date, full refund.
  2. Cancellation less then 30 days prior trip date, 50% refund up to 15 days prior, less then 15 days prior no refund.
  3. Cancellation because of death or illness justified, full refund
  4. No show, no refund
  5. Cancellation by the Captain, bad wheather, boat problems or any other reason, reschedule trip or full refund, acording to your wish

Duration :
Half Day – 4:00h / Full Day – 8:00h, or you can customize your trip up on request minimum is always 4 hrs

ATTENTION: The activity can be affected by weather conditions or situations that cannot be predicted, therefore, may be canceled or rescheduled.

Azores Water Sports offers its customers boat trips with sport fishing activities and tours if the customer wishes. When Azores Water Sports uses the word tours in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS it also refers to its different activities. These activities are named Big Game Fishing, Coastal Fishing, Bottom Fishing, trolling and tours.

– Changes to tour dates and times

The tours take place on the dates reserved by customers. However, if the weather conditions are not suitable, changes may be made to the date and time of the tour, adjusting it through alternatives. If Azores Water Sports cancels the tour for any reason, and the customer does not accept the rescheduling, they will be refunded the full amount paid.
If the customer decides to change the date and time of the booked tour, wont be a problem and its up on availability.

– Weather Conditions and Unforeseen Events

• Unforeseen weather events: all Customers need to be aware that this is an outdoor activity dependent on weather conditions.
• If there is weather changes at the exact moment the tour begins, Customers can:
1. Choose to reschedule to another day at a later date agreed upon by Azores Water Sports and Customer.
2. Choose to accept a full refund.
• Once Customer begins the tour, Azores Water Sports will have no financial obligation to Customer should weather conditions change.

– ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You declare that you have carefully read the Conditions described here and the particular Conditions of the tour. Therefore, you CONFIRM that you accept your reservation by sending the “reservation” and payment form, as well as ACCEPT all GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
